Our operation centre was the pioneer in developing many of the approaches now commonly accepted in residential valuation panel management. The business was created with the intention of providing a true national panel management of surveying firms and technical support for our lender clients. We believe our business infrastructure, expertise and true passion to deliver outstanding customer services is key to our success.

With our in-house and network capability we now have 400 active surveyors, with access to an additional 700 surveyors via the traditional panel if required. The SDL Surveying model is evolving rapidly, and we continue to encourage smaller surveying firms to join the network which will be the future of SDL going forward.
