What is the difference between an RICS Level 2 Home Survey and an RICS Level 3 Home Survey?
The main difference between an RICS Level 2 Home Survey (formerly known as a Homebuyer Report) and an RICS Level 3 Home Survey (formerly known as a Building Survey) is that a Level 3 Home Survey is significantly more comprehensive.
